 1.⁠ ⁠Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the CheckFinal application (“App”), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”).

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the App.

 2.⁠ ⁠Description of Service

CheckFinal is an AI-assisted clinical decision support tool designed to provide informational analysis of user-provided medical data, including but not limited to:

• Text inputs

• PDF documents

• Medical reports

• Images and visual content

The App generates structured outputs intended for informational and decision-support purposes only.

 3.⁠ ⁠Medical Disclaimer (Critical Clause)

The App:

• Does NOT provide medical diagnosis

• Does NOT recommend treatment

• Does NOT replace a licensed physician

• Does NOT constitute medical advice

All outputs are non-diagnostic, informational interpretations generated by artificial intelligence.

You explicitly agree that:

Final medical decisions must always be made by a qualified healthcare professional.

Use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

 4.⁠ ⁠User Responsibility

You agree that:

• You will only upload data you have the legal right to share

• You will not upload unlawful, harmful, or misleading content

• You understand that outputs depend entirely on the data you provide

CheckFinal is not responsible for incorrect, incomplete, or misleading inputs.

 5.⁠ ⁠Data Processing and AI Services

By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your uploaded data may be securely transmitted to third-party AI services (including OpenAI)

• This processing is strictly for generating analysis results

• Data is not used for advertising, profiling, or resale

• Data is processed temporarily and not stored permanently, unless explicitly stated

 6.⁠ ⁠License Grant

CheckFinal grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal use only.

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or reverse engineer the App

• Resell or commercially exploit the App

• Use the App for unlawful or unauthorized purposes

 7.⁠ ⁠Premium Subscription

Certain features require a paid subscription (“Premium”), including but not limited to:

• Doctor Mode

• Advanced analysis outputs

• Professional PDF reports

Subscription Terms:

• Subscription is billed via your App Store or Google Play account

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period

• Cancellation must be done through your store account settings

CheckFinal does not manage billing directly.

 8.⁠ ⁠Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

CheckFinal shall NOT be liable for:

• Any medical decisions made based on App outputs

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Data loss or inaccuracies

• Misinterpretation of analysis results

You agree that:

Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

 9.⁠ ⁠No Warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of results

• Continuous availability

• Error-free operation

10.⁠ ⁠Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate access at any time

• Remove access for misuse or violation of terms

You may stop using the App at any time.

11.⁠ ⁠Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable international consumer protection laws and, where required, local jurisdiction laws.

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
